Let’s build great everyday skills together
Hey there,
I hope you and your doggo are doing well and enjoying life's adventures together. I’m getting in touch because I’d love to invite you both to join my upcoming 5‑week Manners Class, designed especially to take your training to the next level.
This small‑group course (just 2–6 dogs) is held outdoors in a quiet green space in Asquith, making it ideal for real‑world practice with plenty of individual support.
Classes are held on Saturday throughout the day.
What we’ll cover
Across five weeks, we’ll build practical, everyday skills that make life together easier and more enjoyable, including:
Loose lead walking
Polite greetings (reducing jumping up)
Recall foundations
Place/mat work
“Leave it”
Introduction to cooperative care
The course fee is $250, and right now I am taking expressions of interest to ensure the group is well‑matched and ready to go for a tentative start date for Saturday 19th September.
A quick note about suitability
This class is designed for dogs who are comfortable working around other dogs and people. If your dog is showing reactive behaviours such as barking, lunging, or struggling to settle around other dogs, this group format won’t be the best fit for them right now. I’m always happy to chat about alternative options — including private sessions — to help set them up for success.
Why this class?
This is a great opportunity to continue the progress you’ve already made, strengthen your communication as a team, and practise skills in a supportive, distraction‑managed environment. Many of my past clients tell me this stage is where everything really starts to click.
