TRAVEL FEES

​

A travel fee will apply to any service where the trainer is required to travel for more than 20 minutes to attend the service. Below outlines the fees applicable:
20+ minutes incurs a $20 fee
40+ minutes incurs a $40 fee
60+ minutes incurs a $60 fee

80+ minutes is on a case by case
basis and may be seen via zoom

This fee is calculated on the day of your relevant service and is charged after the session, either separately or in conjunction with your consultation fees.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY 

 

Please know that I value both your time and my time. When we set up a session, that time is set aside to focus on your dog, along with additional time to prepare for the session. This allows me to come to the meeting ready and to utilize our time as efficiently as possible. I understand emergencies happen and cancellation may be required. 

If you do need to cancel, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule by email at problemsonpaws@gmail.com or phone/text me at 0406649633.

To avoid being charged a cancellation fee, please make sure you contact me at least 24 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment. Cancellations requested within 24 hours will incur a penalty fee of 50% of the session price.

Failure to inform me of your need to cancel prior to me arriving at our agreed location will result in a penalty fee of 100% of the session price.

PUPPY CLASSES CANCELLATION POLICY

Change of Mind after Enrollment

​

Once you have enrolled your puppy and provided payment for puppy class, we are unable to provide a refund. If you no longer wish to attend our puppy class we ask that you find someone else to take your place and transfer your enrollment.

This option is only available prior to 48 hours from first class.

Unable to attend a class.

​

Enrollment in this course requires that you attend four 1 hour sessions held at Asquith Veterinary
Clinic with your puppy.

Due to limited spots if you are unable to attend one of the scheduled puppy classes we are unable to provide a refund.

Please give your trainer at least 24 hours notice that you will be unable to attend.

Each class does build on the previous so where possible our trainer will offer a zoom call or in person catch up (for a fee) to help you keep up.

These are optional, but recommended to get the most out of the class.
